If you're staying around KL (Kepong/Jinjang), I bet u can't sleep at nite on the 15th of Feb this year listening to a "sudden attack" of fircrackers by those Hokkiens in the middle of the night... Haha... Bless you... =)

I am also a Hokkien...

And...

Its a special celebration for Hokkiens to pray to Tian Gong on the 9th day of CNY in Chinese' calendar...

So, on that day itself, I and some of my relatives went to Grandma's house to do some traditional prayers to Tian Gong...

I'm not very sure with the motif or whateva... =P

Just praying for peace, luck, wealth, happiness...

Settings.

Grandma murmuring... " Please God, I want to have more cucu-cicits... More wealth in my children and hope they'll be healthy and nothing bad will happen in this year..."

The fire almost burnt the cables on street... Imagine how high the fire is...

Didn't manage to capture pics "aftermath" as the battery of my cam suddenly ran out... And those fireworks too... Its much better than those countdown ones... =)

Reached home around 2-3 am... Sleep right after I count 1...2...3..... ZZzzzzz.....
